Question: Do I have to have training or experience in care to apply? Answer: No. Everyone is welcome at SenioAngel® - with or without experience. What is important is heart, patience and respect for senior citizens. You can learn everything else step by step with us.
Question: Do I need a good knowledge of German to be placed? Answer: No, you can also start with little or no knowledge of German. Many families speak other languages themselves or use translation aids. We will support you in this.
Question: When and how will I receive my salary? Answer: You will receive your salary on time - guaranteed. Even if payments from your family are delayed, SenioAngel® will make advance payments to ensure that you receive your money on time.
Question: Can I decide for myself which city or region I want to work in? Answer: Yes, you choose where you want to work - whether it's the North Sea, Bavaria or close to the border with your home country. So you can work where you feel comfortable.
Question: Do I have the opportunity to speak to the family before I arrive? Answer: Yes. Via SenioAngel® you can get to know families by telephone or online - as often as you like until you get the feeling: This is a real fit.
Question: What do I need to upload in order to be activated? Answer: For your safety and that of the families, we require a certificate of good conduct, a health certificate and an identity document. Only certified caregivers will be activated. Families must also submit certain documents - this protects both sides and ensures trust from the outset.
Question: When can I start work? Answer: Often within a few days! As soon as your profile has been checked, you can select suitable assignments - or we can suggest families that suit you.
Question: Do I have to organize the trip myself? Answer: SenioAngel® will help you with the organization. The travel allowance of €99 is paid by the senior citizen. If the trip is more expensive, you only pay the difference.
Question: Who will help me if I feel unwell or have questions? Answer: Our support team is always there for you - even during the assignment. We listen, mediate in the event of disagreements and ensure that you feel safe.
